The Deputy High Commissioner of Sri Lanka in Chennai, Dr. Ganesanathan Geathiswaran, together with his spouse, attended the “Regimental Mess & Summer Kitchens” Military Heritage Evening held at the historic Amir Mahal, Chennai, on 13 June 2026. The event was organized by the Ministry of Chutneys and Radisson Blu Hotel & Suites GRT Chennai in association with Nawabzada Mohammed Asif Ali, Dewan to the Prince of Arcot, brought together members of the diplomatic corps and distinguished guests from Chennai’s cultural, business, and social communities. The evening celebrated India’s rich military traditions and culinary heritage through engaging conversations, regimental cuisine, live music, and a curated Bada Khana experience, fostering cultural exchange and strengthening people-to-people ties.
