The Sri Lanka Deputy High Commission in Chennai wishes to inform all travellers to Sri Lanka that the Department of Immigration and Emigration, Sri Lanka is currently experiencing a temporary service disruption affecting the delivery of ETA approval notice. Travellers who have already applied an ETA can still proceed with their travel to Sri Lanka even if they have not received the ETA approval notice.
